This perhaps becomes an unnessary expense due
to the possibility of excavation.
Third, we are in limbo as regards the overall use and development
of the site until the PCA determines the scope and extent of the
reparation work which, finally, may make the development of that
site extremely difficult, if not impossible, because of the cost
considerations.
At the present time, however, my client wishes to proceed to make
that site available. This would necessitate the grant of a variance
to the ordinance together with the ability to have a curb cut if.
one is not already available to allow ingress and egress into this
parking facility. Because of the economic realties my client would
like to proceed in a manner that would be the most cost efficient
and yet responsible.
• Consequently, I am requesting that review the enclosed materials
and contact me at your earliest convenience regarding an
appropriate time and place for a meeting to discuss this matter
further. -
Very truly yours,
ARTHUR, CHAPMAN & MCDONOUGH, P.A.
— rff7__
Daniel R.
