" <br /> Page 4 , between second and third paragraphs : <br /> Add a paragraph to read: "The lettering size was <br /> reviewed and a determination made that the present <br /> lettering size would not fi,t on one line . " <br /> Page 6 , fifth paragraph : <br /> Substitute "legitimacy" for "legiticimacy . " <br /> Page 8 , fifth paragraph : <br /> Substitute "residents '" for "City ' s . " <br /> Page 11 , seventh paragraph: <br /> Delete "inconclusive . " <br /> Page 12 , fifth paragraph : <br /> After "approved" delete "and bids were advertised for" <br /> and insert "advertisements placed for bids . " <br /> Page 13 , between fourth and fifth paragraphs : <br /> After the word "unanimously" add a paragraph to read: <br /> • "After the motion was tabled the discussion regarding an <br /> assessment policy was continued.
