MINUTES <br /> • Notion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske, to approve . <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> CLAIMS <br /> Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske , to approve the Dorsey & <br /> Whitney, Inc . claim in the amount of $583 . 16 . <br /> Motion carried unanimbusiv. <br /> EVERGREEN TOWIIHO14ES <br /> Acting Executive Director VanderHeyden pointed out that although <br /> Resolution H. R .A. 89-001 is not on the agenda, it is included in the <br /> H. R .A. ' s packet and is to be acted upon . <br /> Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Ma�owske , to adopt Resolution H. R .n. <br /> 89-001 , specifying persons authorized to make certain transactions <br /> regarding financial accounts of the St . Anthony Housing and _ <br /> Redevelopment Authority (H.R. A. ) , with an amendment to the resolution <br /> naming Susan L. VanderHeyden Acting Executive Director of the Housing <br /> and Redevelopment Authority . <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske , to table agenda items V (A) , <br /> (B) , (C) , and (D) until such time as a special meeting can be arranged <br /> to address those items . <br />
