RESOLUTION 89-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING PROPOSED TAX LEVY AND 1990 <br /> BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH IN TAXATION ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City <br /> of St. Anthony provide Hennepin and Ramsey <br /> Counties with a proposed tax levy and 1990 <br /> Budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the information required for the City to make <br /> a definitive tax levy has not been furnished; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the furnishing of this proposed tax levy is made <br /> contingent on a revision being allowed if the <br /> current law is modified. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> 1. The proposed tax levy for 1990 is <br /> $1 , 252,058, inclusive of certificate of <br /> indebtedness needs. <br /> 2. The proposed 1990 Budget is $3 ,043,715. <br /> 3 .
