RESOLUTION 89-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY • <br /> AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES <br /> FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1990 <br /> WHEREAS, the water bills were found to be delinquent at 3316 <br /> Skycroft Circle; and <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to pay the <br /> water bill and maintenance costs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not pay the City of St. <br /> Anthony and under authority of Minnesota State Statutes <br /> Section 550:11 the City did therefore assess the water <br /> bill , maintenance costs, and legal fees to the property <br /> taxes payable in 1990. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor <br /> .of Hennepin County for collection the charges as listed <br /> below: <br /> *Maintenance- Costs <br /> 6/24/88 $1,918.62 • <br /> 8/18 & 8/19/88 766.72 <br /> TOTAL $2,685. 34 <br /> *Water Bills <br /> 10/1/87 to 12/31/87 .$ 50,20 <br /> 2/24/88 57.50 <br /> TOTAL $107.70 <br /> *Legal Fees resulting from above charges: <br /> $290.00 <br /> Adopted this day of 1989. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Acting City Manager <br />
