ANTHONY <br /> Bid Specifications for Kitchen Equipment and Furniture <br /> at <br /> APACHE WELLS BAR AND LOUNGE <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of St. Anthony will <br /> be receiving sealed bids for kitchen equipment and furnit- <br /> ure to furnish Apache Wells Bar and Lounge. <br /> Bidders Instructions : <br /> 1. All furniture and equipment must carry standard <br /> manufactures warranty FOB St. Anthony. <br /> 2. Bids will be accepted at the City Hall, 3301 Silver <br /> Lake Road until July 20, 1989 by 10 :00AM. <br /> 3. Contact person is Ray Nelson, Liquor Manager, 781-4122 . <br /> 4 . Bidder must review the area of installation of kitchen <br /> equipment for the restaurant. <br /> 5. Curb for the air system will be done by the City of <br /> St. Anthony. The contractor must mark the location <br /> of the curb and provide the dimensions of curb. <br /> 6. Electrical will be done by others_. <br /> 7. Bidder must provide a delivery date from the issurance <br /> of the order FOB Apache Wells Bar and Lounge, Apache <br /> Plaza. <br /> S. Plumbing connections to be done by others. <br /> 9 . All equipment to be installed by bidder. <br /> 10. Permits required by the City will be waived. Plans <br /> must be submitted to the Raisev County Health <br /> Department for approval and inspection done by in- <br /> stalling contractor of equipment. <br /> 11. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any <br /> or all bids and to waive any informalities or tech- <br /> nicalities in the bidding in the best interest of the <br /> City. <br />
