FEBRUARY 20, 1990 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Motion by Brownell., seconded by Hansen to approve the minutes of the <br /> 16 above meeting with the following changes : <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Page 1 , line 46 : Insert "square" after "one-half" . <br /> 19 Page 2 , line 9 , insert "due" between "were" and "to" . <br /> 20 Page 2 , line 12 , Insert "to" between "as" and "the" . <br /> 21 Page 2 , line 26 : Correct "were" <br /> 22 Page 3 , line 21 : Correct to indicate 1112 or 16 foot section" . <br /> 23 Page 5 , line 22 : Correct "Madden" . <br /> 24 Page 5 , line 46 : Substitute "closed for continuation" for "was <br /> 25 closed. " <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 28 The matter of the signage on the former Medtronics building on Page 6 <br /> 29 will be further investigated by the Assistant to the City Manager. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 APRIL 3, 1990 PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING ON CDBG FUND ALLOCATION <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion by Wagner , seconded by Werenicz to approve minutes as presented . <br /> 35 COMMISSIONER HANSEN TO REPRESENT PLANNING COMMISSION AT APRIL 24, 1990 <br /> 36 COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 37 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 40 <br /> 42 Denial Recommended for Requested Front Yard Variance for 2608/10 37th <br /> 43 Avenue N. E. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 . Chairperson Madden read aloud the Notice of Hearing to consider a - request <br /> 19 from Barbara Zielinska/H.C. Zawieruszynski to allow a 20 foot front <br /> 48 yard variance: .to. the 3 5foot front yard setback required by Ordinance <br /> 49 for the property at the above address . No one present reported failure <br /> 50 to receive the notice or objected to its content. <br />
