Anthony: <br /> 1 . February 6 , 1990 - Footing inspection <br /> -Viewed footing , footing was not completed but <br /> were given verbal approval to pour partial <br /> footing by Larry Hamer . <br /> 2 . February 13 , 1990 - Footing inspection <br /> -The house footing being completed Larry Hamer <br /> gave verbal approval to pour footing . <br /> 3 . February 23 , 1990 - Footing inspection-garage <br /> -Viewed garage footing , gave verbal approval . <br /> The inspector on each inspection gave verbal approval , he did <br /> not sign the permit that I was aware of, and I can give no <br /> explanation why that procedure was not followed by the <br /> inspector, only that verbal approval was given to go ahead <br /> and pour the footing as he inspected per his plan . <br /> Respectfully yours , <br /> HARRY BAERT CONCRETE, INC . <br /> Harry D.
