BACKGROUND OF BRAUN INTERTEC STAFF For this project, the Project Manager will be Mr. David W. Janisch, P.E. Mr. Janisch will be the primary contact to the city throughout the project. Mr. Janisch has been r project manager on similar projects throughout his career. The computer software which will be implemented on the city's computers was written by Mr. Janisch. His role in this project would be to organize the field crew, supervise the data collection, meet with and train city staff, modify the software, and analyze and present the findings of the study. Mr. Janisch has considerable experience in this area and was the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Roseville, MN during the time Roseville implemented its Pavement Management Program. Other Braun Intertec Pavement staff who will be assisting on this project will be Mr. Benjamin Worel, and Mr. Guy Kohlnhofer. The role that each will play in the project depends on whether the City decides to have Braun Intertec collect the surface condition data or simply train City staff to do so. It is anticipated that Mr. Worel will be the field representative in charge of collecting the City's pavement condition data. Both Mr. Worel and Mr. Kohlnhofer have been project managers during the surface condition data collection of this type for other cities involving hundreds of miles of pavement. Most recently Mr. Kohlnhofer was in charge of the data collection for the City of Oakdale, MN and Mr. Worel for the City of Minneapolis Parks Department.
