being carried or deposited by the elements upon any public or private <br /> property. <br /> Subd. 3 Streets. Sidewalks and Gutters. No person may sweep or deposit <br /> litter from private premises to any gutter, street or other public property. <br /> Persons owning or occupying private premises must keep the sidewalk in <br /> front of their premises free of litter. <br /> Subd. 4 Truck Loads. No person may drive or.move any truck or other <br /> vehicle within the City unless it is equipped with covers or is so constructed <br /> or loaded as to prevent any contents or litter from being blown or deposited <br /> upon any public or private property. No person may drive or move any truck <br /> or other vehicle within the City if the wheels or tires of the vehicle deposit <br /> mud, dirt, litter or foreign matter on City streets or alleys. <br /> Subd. 5 Lakes and Fountains. No person may throw or deposit litter in any <br /> fountain or body of water in the City. <br /> Subd. 6 Posting Notices Prohibited. No person may post or affix any notice, <br /> poster or sign to any street sign, lampost, tree, public structure or building, <br /> except as authorized by law. <br /> Subd. 7 Private Premises. The owner or person in control of private <br /> premises must maintain on the premises authorized private receptacles in a <br /> manner so that litter will be prevented from being carried or deposited by the <br /> elements to any public property, and so as to prevent litter from becoming a <br /> nuisance. <br /> Subd. 8 Advertising. No person may advertise goods or services with flyers, <br /> leaflets or other items which may be carried by the elements to public or <br /> private property, or which are likely to be discarded by other persons on <br /> public or private property. <br /> Section 1205 - ANIMAL CONTROL <br /> 1205.01 Destruction of Domesticated Animals Prohibited. No person may kill or <br /> destroy any dog, cat or other domesticated animal found running at large within the <br /> City, except as authorized under this Section 1205. <br /> 1205.02 Vicious and Diseased Animals. No person may keep on their premises, or <br /> on premises occupied by them, nor permit to run at large in the City, any dog or <br /> other domesticated animal of a ferocious or vicious character, habit or disposition. <br /> Any animal which is diseased, vicious, dangerous, rabid or exposed to rabies may be <br /> impounded.
