Review with Planning Commission: Review the comprehensive land <br /> use planning recommendations with the City Planning Commission. <br /> Incorporate their recommendations into a recommendation to the City <br /> Council. • <br /> 3. Review with the City Council: Review the recommendations as <br /> amended by the Planning Commission with the City Council. <br /> 4.
