•
Instant Cash 24
Hours 3 NORTHEAST LOCATIONS 1847 JOHNSON STREET NE MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA 55418 • 6121789-0105
City of St. Anthony
St. Anthony, Minnesota
We originally came before the St. Anthony City Council , and received
approval for Stop-N-Shop Superette to have a Phillips 66 sign placed
below our sign located on the pole.
At the time we came before the Council we didn't know there would be
a problem with Phillip 66, as we already have there sign placed on our
pole at our other locations.
When we got back to Phillip 66, we were advised that they no longer
agreed to having their sign placed below ours due to a new policy.
We have now approached Conoco Oil Company, since it was originally a
Conoco Station. Conoco has stated that they are interested in having •
their brand sign placed on our canopy and. not on the pole. The square
footage of their sign would be smaller than the proposed Phillipp 66
sign would have been.
. We are therefore requesting a variance to have the Conoco Logo sign
placed on our canopy.
Would you please review our request and advise us accordingly.
Respectfully,
ames Sarna William Vogt
•
