CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br /> ISSUANCE OF REFUNDING BONDS UNDER <br /> MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 462C <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony, Minnesota (the "City"), will meet on July 14, 1992 at 7:30 P:M. or as soon <br /> thereafter as possible in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br /> Anthony, MN, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on a proposal that the City <br /> issue refunding revenue bonds, in one or more series, under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br /> 462C, as amended (the "Act"), in order to refund the City's Housing Development Revenue <br /> Bonds (St. Anthony LaNel Project), Series 1988, which were issued by the City to finance <br /> the acquisition and construction by St. Anthony LaNel, a Minnesota partnership (the <br /> "Partnership"), of Autumn Woods, a multi-family rental housing development owned by the <br /> Partnership which contains 201 housing units and is located at 2600 Kenzie Terrace in the <br /> • City. In connection with the issuance of the bonds ownership of Autumn Woods will be <br /> transferred by the Partnership to Autumn Woods Partners Limited Partnership, a Minnesota <br /> limited partnership. The maximum aggregate principal amount of the proposed bond issue <br /> is $9,000,000. The bonds will be limited obligations of the City, and the bonds and interest' <br /> thereon will be payable solely from the revenues pledged to the payment thereof. No holder <br /> of any bonds will ever have the right to compel any exercise of the taxing power of the City <br /> to pay the bonds or the interest thereon, nor to enforce payment against any property of the <br /> City except money payable by Autumn Woods Partners Limited Partnership or its sucessors <br /> or assigns to the City and pledged to the payment of the bonds. <br /> All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set <br /> forth above, or may file written comments with the City Manager prior to the date of the <br /> hearing set forth above. Auxiliary aids for handicapped persons are available upon request <br /> at least 96 hours in advance.
