KENZIE TERRACE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Via the approval of Resolution 'No . 1992-002 , the H.R.A. <br /> 36 amended the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Plan . The Authority <br /> 37 established and approved an Interest Reduction Program from <br /> 38 excess tax increment derived from the District taxes <br /> 39 collectible in- 1991 , 1992 , and 1993 . <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Staff is recommending that all of the excess be paid for 1991 <br /> 42 and a portion be paid for 1992 . <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Motion by Wagner, second- by Marks to direct staff to pay LaNel <br /> 45 the sum total of $50 , 000 for tax settlement year 1991 and to <br /> 46 pay LaNel the sum total of $25 , 000 contingent on the H.R.A' s <br /> 47 receipt of its first half 1992 tax settlement (received <br /> 48 approximately July 10 , 1992 ) and the sum total of $25 , 000 <br /> 49 contingent upon receipt of its second half of 1992 tax <br /> 50 settlement (received approximately December 10 , 1992 ) . <br /> 51 <br /> Motion carried unanimously <br /> 4 <br />
