Anthony . Three cities <br /> 12 and two counties encompass Silver Lake and occasionally there <br /> 13 is question as to who is responsible for its governance . <br /> 14 <br /> 15 The Mayor also advised the Boy Scouts that City staff is <br /> 16 keeping current with the proposed plans for widening Silver <br /> 17 Lake Road . <br /> 18 <br /> 19 The tro.up leader mentioned that a future issue of interest for <br /> 20 the scouts would be the community center and its refurbishing. <br /> 21 The Mayor reassured the scouts that the gymnasium facilities <br /> 22 will remain in the Center . <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 10 .
