ANTHONY <br /> • <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO A <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND ON A PROPOSED <br /> TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN <br /> OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony (the "City") will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments (the <br /> "Amendments") to a Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area 3 - <br /> Ramsey County (the "Redevelopment Plan") of the Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority of St. Anthony (the "HRA") and on a proposed Tax Increment Financing <br /> Plan of the HRA at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 1993, in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Administrative Offices in the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota. <br /> Under the proposed Amendments, property located at the northeast <br /> corner of 37th Avenue Northeast and Silver Lake Road in the City (the <br /> 'Redevelopment Property' ) would be included in the area subject to the <br /> Redevelopment Plan, and the HRA and City would be authorized to undertake <br /> • certain activities in connection with the redevelopment of the Additional <br /> Redevelopment Property. The Financing Plan will establish a tax increment <br /> financing district (the "District").and provide for the payment of certain costs <br /> incurred directly by the HRA and the City related to the redevelopment of the <br /> property in the area subject to the Redevelopment Plan or the reimbursement to <br /> owners of such any property of certain redevelopment costs paid by such owner. <br /> Accompanying this notice is a map showing the area proposed to be <br /> included in the District which is the area from which tax increments,from the <br /> District may be collected and the area to be subject to the Redevelopment Plan if the <br /> Amendments are approved, which is the area in which tax increments from the <br /> District may be expended. <br /> All who wish to be heard as to the Amendments and the Financing <br /> Plan will be given an opportunity to express their views at the time of the public <br /> hearing or may file written comments with the City Manager prior to the public <br /> hearing: <br /> By /s/Thomas Burt <br /> City Manager <br /> • Publish: Bulletin, March 10 , 1993 <br />
