RESOLUTION 1993-002 <br /> Commissioner introduced the following <br /> resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO 1993-1 AMENDMENT TO <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT AREA NO. 3-RAMSEY COUNTY, AND THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO BE UNDERTAKEN <br /> PURSUANT THERETO AND TAX INCREMENT <br /> FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT <br /> FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 4-RAMSEY COUNTY; <br /> APPROVING 1993-1 AMENDMENT TO <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT AREA NO. 3-RAMSEY COUNTY AND THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO BE UNDERTAKEN <br /> PURSUANT THERETO, TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br /> PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT <br /> NO. 4-RAMSEY COUNTY AND THE ESTABLISHMENT <br /> OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 4- <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, AND REQUESTING THE <br /> APPROVAL OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota (the <br /> "HRA"), as follows: <br /> 1. The HRA and City Council (the "City Council") of the City of St. <br /> Anthony, Minnesota (the "City") have previously approved a redevelopment plan, <br /> as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.002, subdivision 16, designated as <br /> Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. 3-Ramsey (the "Original <br /> Redevelopment Plan"), and a redevelopment project to be undertaken pursuant <br /> thereto, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.002, subdivision 14, to be <br /> designated as Redevelopment Project No. 3-Ramsey County (the "Original <br /> Redevelopment Project"). It has been proposed that the HRA approve an <br /> amendment to the Original Redevelopment Plan and Original Redevelopment <br /> Project designated as 1993-1 Amendment to Redevelopment Plan for <br /> Redevelopment Project Area No. 3-Ramsey County (the "1993-1 Amendment," and <br /> the Original Redevelopment Plan as amended by the 1993-1 Amendment is <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "Redevelopment Plan," and the Original <br /> Redevelopment Project as amended by the 1993-1 Amendment is hereinafter <br /> referred to as the "Redevelopment Project"). The 1993-1 Amendment includes <br /> additional property in the area subject to the Redevelopment Plan and provides for <br /> additional redevelopment activities to be undertaken by the City and HRA pursuant <br /> to the Redevelopment Project. In order to finance the public redevelopment costs to <br /> be incurred by the HRA in connection with the Redevelopment Plan and <br /> Redevelopment Project, it has been further proposed that the BRA approve a tax <br /> • increment financing plan, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />
