Burt, City Manager <br /> SUBJECT: 27th and Coolidge <br /> • I have met with the Jadnick's and Mrs. Perchyshyn's attorney and we have <br /> come to a tentative agreement on the purchase price for the portions of <br /> property needed for the new road at 27th and Coolidge. <br /> We had an independent appraiser determine the appropriate value for the <br /> property and have agreed to purchase the Jadnick parcel for $6,200 and the <br /> Perchyshyn parcel for $3,000. 1-have reviewed the purchases with the City <br /> Attorney and he has prepared the attached purchase agreements. <br /> • <br />
