Ordinance No. 1993-010 ; Re: Fees (amusement devices and <br /> 17 antenna) (second reading) <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion by Wagner, second by Ranallo to approve the second <br /> 20 reading of Ordinance No. 1993-010 being an ordinance relating <br /> 21 to fees ; amending Sections 615. 06 and 615 . 07 of the 1993 Code <br /> 22 of Ordinances . <br /> 23 <br /> 24 _ Motion carried unanimously <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Mayor Ranallo requested the City Manager to relook the • <br /> 28 allowable numbers 'of amusement devices per establishment . He <br /> 29 felt it may be desirable to limit the number of devices in <br /> 30 each location. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 There was also some discussion regarding the reason for fees <br /> 33 for antennas , disk antennas and towers . The City Manager <br /> 34 explained that the locations of these devices have to be <br /> 35 inspected to determine if they are properly situated and not <br /> 36 interferring with property lines nor height, requirements . <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 39 <br /> 40 <br /> 41 _ D.
