COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) I, the undersigned, being duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, hereby give notice that the following resolution is intended to be duly adopted by the St. Anthony City Council at its regular meeting on September 14, 1993: BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the portion of the plat of First Addition to the Village of St. Anthony described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued. And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper county offices notice of said vacation.
