• St. Anthony Fire Fighters <br /> Union Agreement <br /> Page 9 <br /> procedure such as Veteran's Preference or Fair <br /> Employment. If appealed to any procedure other than Step <br /> 4 of Article 6, the grievance is not subject to arbitration as <br /> provided in Step 4 of Article 6 of this AGREEMENT. <br /> 9.6. EMPLOYEES may examine their own individual personnel files at <br /> reasonable times under the direct supervision of the EMPLOYER. <br /> 10. WAGE SCHEDULE. <br /> 10.1. EMPLOYEES working out of classification will receive Five Dollars <br /> ($5.00) additional per shift where such out of classification <br /> duties exceed eight hours of shift. Accrued pay for such work <br /> will be made annually. <br /> 10.2. Monthly salary for Fire Fighter and Captain shall be as follows: <br /> 1993 <br /> .. Hourly <br /> CAPTAIN $12.98 <br /> FIRE FIGHTER <br /> After three years $12.43 <br /> After two years $12.12 <br /> After one year $11 .81 <br /> After six months $11 .48 <br /> Start $11 .19 <br /> 10.3 The work schedule for all positions covered by this AGREEMENT <br /> shall average fifty-six (56) hours per week, three hours of which <br /> are compensated.at one and one-half times the hourly rate in <br /> accordance with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act. <br /> 10.4. EMPLOYEES will be compensated at one and one-half times their <br /> regular hourly rate for working at time other than the <br /> EMPLOYEES regularly scheduled shift. Exchanges of shifts <br /> between EMPLOYEES under Article 20 of this Agreement do not <br /> qualify an EMPLOYEE for overtime under this Section. <br /> 10.5. Overtime will be distributed as equally.as possible. <br />
