• St. Anthony Fire Fighters <br /> Union Agreement <br /> Page 11 <br /> 13.2 EMPLOYEES will receive reimbursement for such expenditures <br /> after receipt of purchase is furnished to the City Finance <br /> Department. <br /> 13.3. The EMPLOYER is to furnish over and above the Clothing <br /> Allowance, all protective firefighting clothing and gear, including <br /> badges, patches, rank insignia, etc.. <br /> 13.4. Any changes or additions to protective fire fighting clothing <br /> required by City, State or Federal agencies shall be the <br /> EM PLOY ER'S.responsibility to conform. <br /> 14. VACATION SCHEDULE. <br /> 14.1. The vacation schedule shall be as follows: <br /> 56 hour average duty week.EMPLOYEE's will receive per year: <br /> After six months of completed service 96 hours <br /> After one year of completed service 168 hours <br /> After five years of completed service 216 hours <br /> After ten years of completed service 264 hours <br /> After fifteen years of completed service 312 hours <br /> 14.2. EMPLOYEES over five (5) years of completed service may accrue <br /> vacation leave balance up to one and one-half (1-1/2) times that <br /> acquired annually. <br /> 14.3. EMPLOYEES with less than five (5) years of completed service <br /> may accrue vacation leave balance up to one (1) times that <br /> acquired annually. <br /> 14.4. Any vacation accrued in excess of that allowed in Section 14.2 <br /> or 14.3 must reduce their vacation balance to less than-that _- <br /> allowed in Section 14.2 or 14.3 after thirty (30) days written <br /> notice from the EMPLOYER or will be forfeited, unless the City <br /> Manager approves an excess balance. <br /> 14.5. No vacation leave shall be' granted during the probationary <br /> period, defined in Section 8.1 .3. Vacation leave will accrue <br /> during the probationary period. <br />
