Ordinance No . 1993-013 ; Re: Amusement Devices ( third <br /> reading) <br /> 29 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the third <br /> 30 reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 1993-013 being - an <br /> 31 ordinance relating to amusement devices ;, amending Section <br /> 32 505 . 02 of the 1993 St . Anthony Code of Ordinances . <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 35 <br /> 36 B. Status Report - CUB Store/Apache Plaza <br /> 37 <br /> 38 The City Manager advised he will be meeting within the next <br /> 39 ten days with Dennis Cavanaugh of the C. G. Rein Company <br /> 40 (owner of Apache Plaza Shopping Center), Mayor Ranallo and <br /> 41 representatives of Super Valu stores . This meeting will focus <br /> 42 on the progress of the CUB Store proposed for location at the <br /> 43 Apache Shopping Center . <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Councilmember Marks inquired if this meeting would help the <br /> 46 situation or hinder it . It was the opinion of Councilmember <br /> 47 Enrooth that a meeting could only help. He felt the rumors <br /> 48 must be responded to or laid to rest . <br /> 49 <br /> 50 <br />
