CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> .REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Roosevelt Street from 35th Avenue <br /> NE to 37th Avenue NE and 35th Avenue NE from Stinson <br /> Boulevard to Harding Street by reconstruction of the <br /> roadways and utilities, and to assess the benefited property <br /> for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant <br /> to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to Rieke Carroll Muller <br /> Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to the <br /> Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way • <br /> as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and <br /> feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br /> connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br /> improvement as recommended. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1996. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager • <br />
