September Public Hearings. <br /> 7 Ms. Moore-Sykes stated the issues scheduled for public hearings at the September Planning <br /> S Commission meeting included the two concept reviews of this evening,the liquor store and video <br /> 9 store. <br /> 10 2. TIP Review- September/October. <br /> 11 Ms. Moore-Sykes stated she had included the TIF review in the Commissioner's packet. This <br /> 12 needs to be done in September or October and is required by Minnesota statute. <br /> 13 I.X.
