APPROVAL OF AUGUST 13, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the August 13, 1996 Council Agenda with the <br /> 13 following change: <br /> .14 Under V. License/Permits/Petitions, Garbage Haulers License,Randy's Sanitation: replace <br /> 15 "Residential"with"Recycle". <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 'IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 23 1996 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the July 23, 1996 Council minutes with the <br /> 20 following change: <br /> 21 Page 2, Line 29: replace"Howard and Dorene Krueger"with"C. William& Susan Lutterman". <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V.
