City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> • November 12, 1996 <br /> Page 7 <br /> 1 C. Resolution 96-059. re: 1997 Ramsey County SCORE Grant. <br /> 2 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve Resolution 96-059, approving <br /> 3 submittal of the 1997 Ramsey County SCORE Funding Grant Application and entering <br /> 4 into a contract for this program. <br /> 5 Mornson explained this grant reimburses the City funds collected by the County from <br /> 6 recycling. These funds help pay for Spring Clean-up Day,the recycling containers and <br /> 7. the City newsletter. <br /> 8 Wagner noted on the application to Ramsey County under Names of Collectors, "FBI" <br /> 9 should be changed to"BFI". <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 11 D. Resolution 96-060,re: Schnitzer Group Agreement. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution 96-060, approving a group <br /> 13 agreement relative to the Schnitzer Iron and Metal "MERLA" Site. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4R5 IX. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br /> 16 1. Ordinance 1996-006,re: Noise Control ( 3rd Reading). <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the 3rd reading of and adopt Ordinance <br /> 18 1996-006, relating to Noise Control, amending Section 1145 of the 1993 St. Anthony <br /> 19 Code of Ordinances. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 XI.
