PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following-claims: <br /> 22 A. Korsunsky Krank Erickson Architects in the amount of$3,643.06 for structural <br /> 23 consultant services rendered through September 27, 1996 for OPUS/Silver_ Lake <br /> 24 Center SAV Liquor. <br /> 25 B. Korunsky Krank Erickson Architects in the amount of$1,213.79 for professional <br /> 26 services rendered through September 27, 1996 for OPUS/Silver Lake Center <br /> 27 Liquor Store. <br /> 28 C. EIS Communications,Inc. In the amount of$10,999.20 for down payment on <br /> 29 phone system for new City Hall/Community Center. <br /> 30 D. Central Investment Corporation in the amount of$12,500.00 for Nedegaard <br /> 31 Construction Company, occupancy of 3403 Fordham Court(Lot 11, Block 1, The <br /> 32 Village Commons). <br /> 33 E. Dorsey& Whitney in the amount of$2,880.18 for legal services rendered through <br /> 34 September 30, 1996 for City Liquor Store. <br /> 35 F. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of$497.78 for legal services rendered through <br /> September 30, 1996 for HRA acquisition of residential property for <br /> 4j redevelopment. <br /> 38 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
