RESOLUTION 97-006 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF <br /> PROPERTY KNOWN AS 2542 KENZIE TERRACE <br /> WHEREAS, on June 27, 1.996, the St. Anthony City Council and Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority approved the redevelopment and tax increment <br /> financing amendment for property located along Kenzie Terrace and Lowry <br /> Avenue NE. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority hereby approves the purchase of property known as 2542 <br /> • Kenzie Terrace and to enter into a purchase agreement for said property. <br /> Adopted this day of 1997. <br /> Chair <br /> Secretary <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Executive Director <br />
