• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 1997-011 <br /> .AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND LAND USE; ESTABLISHING <br /> REGULATIONS FOR CHURCHES, TEMPLES, AND SYNAGOGUES; <br /> AMENDING SECTIONS 1605.01, SUBD. 44; 1615.05, SUBDS. 8 AND 9; AND <br /> 1650.05, SUBD. 1 (f) OF THE 1993 ST. ANTHONY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 1605.01, Subd. 44 is amended by adding (a) as follows: <br /> 1605.01 Definitions. <br /> Subd. 44. Lot Coverage. <br /> (a) Building to Land Ratio. The area of the lot covered by buildings only and <br /> expressed as a ratio or percentage. <br /> Section 2. Section 1615.05; Subds. 8 and 9 are amended to read as follows: <br /> 1615.05 Dimensional Regulations. <br /> Subd. 8. Lot Coverage. The lot coverage for residential structures, including sidewalks, <br /> • driveways, and other impervious surfaces may not exceed 35%. Permitted and permitted <br /> conditional uses for this zoning district have no lot coverage requirements. (See Subd. <br /> (9), Building to Land Ratio.) <br /> Subd. 9. Building to Land Ratio. The building to land ratio for the following permitted <br /> and permitted conditional uses may not exceed 35%: <br /> (a) Public schools, private schools or parochial schools which have an <br /> approved curriculum equivalent to a public school. <br /> (b) Publicly owned recreational facilities, including parks, play grounds, <br /> swimming pools and athletic fields. ` <br /> (c) Churches, temples or synagogues and their supporting homes, convents or <br /> rectories. <br /> (d) Essential service structures including but not limited to buildings such as <br /> telephone exchange substations, booster or pressure regular stations, wells <br /> and pumping stations, elevated tanks and electrical power substations. <br /> (e) City buildings including fire and police stations and other municipal <br /> service buildings not considered industrial. <br /> • Subd. 10. General Regulations. Property in the R-1 District is also subject to the <br /> provisions of Section 1650. ' <br />
