CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-050 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on May 27, 1997, the <br /> engineering firm of Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. has prepared <br /> plans and specifications for the concrete pavement repair and rehabilitation <br /> on 33rd Avenue NE between Silver Lake Road and Highcrest Road. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony that: <br /> 1) Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility report. <br /> • 2) Such plans and specifications are hereby approved and costs are to be paid through <br /> the City of St. Anthony's Minnesota State Aid (MSA) funds. <br /> 3) The consulting engineering firm shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the <br /> official paper and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br /> making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. <br /> Adopted this day of 19 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> r <br />
