APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 14, 1997 HRA AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to-approve the October 14, 1997 HRA Agenda as <br /> 13 presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 9, 1997 HRA MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the September 9, 1997 HRA minutes <br /> 7 as presented. <br /> 8 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claims: <br /> 21 A. General <br /> 22 1. BRW, Inc. in the amount of$1,431.47 for services rendered July 26 <br /> 23 through August 29, 1997. <br /> 24 2. Dorsey & Whitney <br /> 25 a. In the amount of$567.17 for legal services render through <br /> 26 August 31, 1997 for HRA acquisition of residential property for <br /> 27 redevelopment. <br /> 28 b. In the amount of$569.55 for legal services rendered through <br /> 29 August 31, 1997 for purchase of Tires Plus property. <br /> 30 3. Hennepin County Property <br /> 31 a. In the amount of$507.05 for 2538 Kenzie Terrace. <br /> 32 b. In the amount of$330.80 for 2534 Kenzie Terrace. <br /> 33 4. Ramsey County <br /> 34 a.
