Ordinance 1997-010, re: Amending Cable Franchise Ordinance ( 2nd Reading ). <br /> 8 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the 2nd reading of Ordinance 1997-010, <br /> 9 amending Cable Franchise Ordinance 1982-009, Article I L, Section 4, Franchise Term. <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 11 XI.
