CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The'meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Mike Mornson. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent:.None. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF MAY 12, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second,by Faust to approve the May 12, 1998 Regular Council Meeting <br /> 13 Agenda with the following changes: <br /> 14 Under IX. New Business, Add: F. Resolution 98-045, re: Funding for Flood Damage <br /> 15 Reduction. <br /> 16 Under IX. New Business, Add: G. Approval of Flood Hazard Mitigation Grant Agreement <br /> 17 Between the City of St. Anthony and State of Minnesota. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 IV. APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 7, 1998 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh to approve the April 7, 1998 Board of Review Meeting <br /> 21 Minutes as presented. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 APPROVAL OF APRIL 28, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 25 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the April 28, 1998 Regular Council Meeting <br /> 26 Minutes as presented. <br /> 27 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 28 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 29 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following licenses: <br /> 30 General Contractors License: <br /> 31 DeMars Signs, Inc., Coon Rapids, MN/working at 4001 Stinson Boulevard <br /> 32 Kleinman Realty Co., Minneapolis, MN/working at Diamond 8 Apartments <br /> Garbage Haulers License: <br /> Lightning Disposal Inc., Inver Grove Heights, MN/Commercial License <br />
