The mediation has been scheduled for September 9t'and 10`h in Minneapolis. The approved Option B, which was based on the volumetric allocation as developed by the Minnesota Pollution-Control Agency and later adopted by the University of Minnesota, provided that past transaction costs would not be reallocated. The Group agreed that future transaction costs were to be allocated among Group members using the University's volumetric allocation. The Group also approved an assessment of$100,000 to carry the Group through settlement discussions and mediation, with $50,000 due in July and $50,000 due prior to mediation. As of the date of this letter, we have not received a check from Saint Anthony Village for the July interim assessment. We have prepared the enclosed chart that shows each Schnitzer Group member's respective share of the $100,000 assessment. We have also enclosed an invoice for St. Anthony Village's share for the July and August assessments in the amount of$3,036.42. We would appreciate it.if you would expedite the processing of this invoice so that the Group can fund its activities during the coming months.
