• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 1998-012 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SIGNS_ <br /> AMENDING SECTION 1400.08, SUBD. 1 OF THE <br /> 1993 ST. ANTHONY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 1400.08, Signs Requiring No Permits, Subd. 1, Political Signs will be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Subd. 1. Political Signs. All political signs of any size may be posted from August 1 in a State <br /> General election year until 10 days following the State General Election. For Local Elections, <br /> which are usually held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of odd <br /> numbered years, all political signs of any size may be posted four weeks prior to a Local <br /> • Election until five days following a Local Election. Political signs are not allowed to be placed <br /> within ten feet from the curb and ten feet from the property lines. If political signs are placed <br /> in violation of these setbacks, they will be removed by the City Code Inspector. <br /> Section 2.
