Twelve (12) of the copies contain colored exhibits <br /> and eight (8) contain black and white exhibits. The Application includes certain changes that were <br /> discussed at today's Development Review Committee meeting. <br /> As was further discussed at the Development Review Committee meeting, I withheld including <br /> Exhibit A (Uses). As I advised you, I will review with Hillcrest revising Exhibit A based on: (i) <br /> today's discussions; (ii) proposed language you provided from the Dublin, Ohio zoning ordinance; <br /> (iii) review of John Shardlow's memorandum; and (iv) review of the C-1 uses in the existing <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> I will attempt to reduce the exhibit to a description of uses, eliminating the list of uses. I will <br /> prepare the exhibit and disseminate it to my client for discussion. My hope is that my client <br /> approves the exhibit by Monday. At that time I will forward the exhibit to you,Bill Soth, and John <br /> Shardlow to be presented to the Planning Commission on Tuesday evening. <br />
