The site has very adequate storm sewer access at the <br /> south side of the property as indicated on the site plan. Landscaping walls on various planting beds constructed of landscaping <br /> block in Buff color matching that in the rear of the property on truck <br /> ramp. <br /> 10. Foliage for planting beds will be a variety of shrubs-plants flowers and <br /> ornamental trees which will blend nicely with the existing landscaping <br /> of adjacent properties and the St. Anthony"Green-space Plan". <br /> Easements: <br /> Frontline Church is willing to offer the city of St. Anthony an easement for a four-foot <br /> walking path running down the westerly side of the property adjacent to the apartment <br /> building. <br /> 4 <br />
