Joint Application for Subdivision/Plat Approval for 2801 and <br /> 2501 37"' Avenue, Village North and Apache Animal Medicine. Final Plat. <br /> Village North LLP,in which Ken Solie is a partner;as owner of the Industrial Custom Products building at 2801 <br /> 37'b Avenue NE,and Apache Animal Medicine,P.A., as owner of the Apache Animal Clinic,have applied to <br /> replat their properties into three lots in order to expand the size of the lot on which the animal clinic is located, <br /> decrease the size of the lot on which the Industrial Custom Products building is located,and create a new lot to <br /> the east of the industrial building. The property would be replatted as Lots 1,2,and 3,Block 1,Apache Terrace <br /> 2"d Addition,Ramsey County,Minnesota. <br /> The above action requires submittal of a preliminary and final plat in accordance with Section 1500.03 and <br /> 1500.04 of the St. Anthony code of ordinances. The Planning Commission reviewed and approved (with <br /> comments)the preliminary plat at their meeting in August. The preliminary plat(with comments)were reviewed <br /> and approved by the City Council at their meeting on August 22,2000. The final plat has been submitted and <br /> • reviewed by staff,to include Public Works Director Hartman. Staff finds that the comments of the Planning <br /> Commission have been incorporated and further finds the applicant's submittal to be acceptable. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of Subdivision and Final Plat. <br /> Cc: City Clerk Kroeplin <br />
