Resolutions of HRA and City Council approving an amendment to the TIF <br /> Plan for the Apache Plaza TIF District. <br /> 2. Amendment to Apache Plaza TIF Plan. <br /> The Amendment to the Apache Plaza TIF Plan eliminates three tax parcels from <br /> the Apache Plaza TIP District. The parcels being eliminated are the parcel which formerly <br /> contained the New Market grocery store, the parcel containing the Apache Plaza Mall, and a <br /> small parcel located near the Taco Bell. <br /> The aggregate net tax capacity of the three parcels to be eliminated is presently <br /> less than the original net tax capacity of the parcels for purposes of determining the tax increment <br /> to be received by the District. Therefore, the elimination of these parcels will result in an <br /> ® increase in the tax increment generated by the District based upon the present net tax capacities <br /> of the eliminated parcels. <br />
