City.Manager Michael Morrison stated that can be addressed after the bidding process <br /> 3 is concluded: <br /> 4 Mayor Cavanaugh stated the Park Commission may be interested in receiving timelines on this <br /> 5 project. Mr. Hubmer stated if the timeline proceeds as first laid out, the City should receive <br /> 6 some good bids. <br /> 7 In response to Sparks, Mr. Hubmer reviewed the sources for the City's water and the depth of the <br /> 8 wells in comparison to this project. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Motion by Horst to adopt Resolution 01-029, re: Approval of Phase II Investigation relating to <br /> 11 the redevelopment of Central Park. <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 13 Mr. Hubmer provided an update on the sewer claim and advised that it is currently being <br /> 14 processed and should be concluded in two to three weeks. <br /> 015 H. Resolution 01-025, re: 2001 Pay Equity Implementation Report. <br /> 16 City Manager Morrison explained this report is required to be submitted every three years. He <br /> 17 noted it establishes salary ranges for different classifications and it has been determined that St. <br /> 18 Anthony is in compliance. <br /> 19 Motion by Sparks to adopt Resolution 01-025, re: 2001 Pay Equity Implementation Report. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 X. REPORTS FROM COMMISSIONS AND STAFF. <br /> 22 A. Planning Commission—January 16, 2001. <br /> 23 Planning Commissioner Hanson was in attendance to present the Planning Commission's <br /> 24 comments. He advised that the Planning Commission appointed Chris Melsha as the Chairman <br /> 25 and Randy Stille as Vice Chairman for 2001. He explained that no public hearings were <br /> 26 scheduled and the Walgreens issue was tabled at the applicant's request. <br /> 27 Planning Commissioner Hanson advised of the presentation made by Fire Chief Hewitt related to <br /> 28 Code enforcement. <br /> •29 Planning Commissioner Hanson advised of the goals established for 2001 including the creation <br /> 30 of a subcommittee to address the possible need for Code revisions. He also provided a status <br /> 31 report on other Planning Commission subcommittee activity. <br />
