McCrossan Construction $2,239,389.49 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Park Constructin of Minneapolis, MN is the lowest responsible <br /> bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Park Construction in the amount of$1,603,648.50 in the name of the City <br /> of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above referenced project <br /> according to-the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2. The Engineer, WSB & Associates. Inc. is hereby authorized and directed to return <br /> forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the <br /> successful bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has been <br /> signed. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2001. <br />
