Saint Anthony <br /> Northwest Quadrant Master Planning Study <br /> Preferred Concept Plan Communications <br /> February 12, 2001 <br /> In order to ensure the community is informed about and involved in the process over the <br /> next couple months to develop a preferred concept plan, the following communications <br /> will take place. <br /> First Newsletter—(7 to 10 days before March 10 Issues Forum) <br /> .Description—Brief Q&A, one-page double-sided, to update the community on the <br /> planning process that is underway and provide key messages about the <br /> process, the need for redevelopment, the market study results for the area, <br /> the opportunity for more housing options and begin to forecast change. <br /> This piece will also be used to inform the community of the upcoming <br /> March 10 Community Issues Forum. <br /> Second Newsletter—(7 to 10 days before Apri1,10 City Council Meeting) . <br /> Description-This newsletter will provide the public with the feedback from the <br /> Community Issues Forum and March 15 workshop and inform them of the <br /> April 10 City Council Meeting for review and approval of the preferred <br /> concept plan. <br /> Third Newsletter—(Following Council Meeting April 10) <br /> Description—This newsletter will report back the results of the review and consideration <br /> of the preferred concept plan at the April 10 meeting. The newsletter will <br /> also provide the preferred concept plan along with a description of it. The <br /> newsletter will provide information on the rest of the process and address <br /> any issues/questions that may have arisen. <br /> Other Communications— <br /> Description -- The information provided in the newsletters will also be provided to the <br /> public through the City's web page, the hotline, Cable-TV, and the city <br /> newsletter.News releases will be issued at key points in the process. <br />
