He highlighted a funding gap under the operating category in the 7 years 2003 through 2006. 8 Prosser reviewed the projections for the Liquor Enterprise financial statistics through 2006. 9 Prosser reviewed the projections for the Utility Enterprise financial statistics through 2006. He 10 highlighted that the transfers out category was for general capital.
