We <br /> discussed the status of the Apache Redevelopment. Wirth understands that it would be in their best <br /> interest to wait to develop this parcel until after a developer is selected for this site. They could then <br /> discuss potential coordinated site development as part of a larger development. <br /> As a result of this discussion Wirth agreed to enter an agreement with the City that they would not <br /> develop the property for a six°month period. We discussed this with Jerry Gilligan and he agreed to <br /> prepare an agreement.
