17 <br /> CITY OF ST.ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-089 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> TO INCLUDE THE USE OF WAX IN THE PRODUCTION OF CANDLES <br /> AND THE PRODUCTION OF HOME FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS <br /> IN LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS <br /> WHEREAS, 2801-37th Avenue NE is located in a light industrial zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS, the use of wax in the production of candles and the production of home fragrance <br /> products at that location is not presently included in the list of permitted uses in a <br /> light industrial zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ken Solie, of Village North, has requested an ordinance amendment to include <br /> said uses in a Light Industrial zoning district in the City Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the St. Anthony Planning Commission on <br /> November 20, 2001 and the Planning Commission recommended Council's_ <br /> approval of said request. <br /> i <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request from Ken Solie, Village North, for an ordinance amendment to <br /> include the use of wax in the production of candles and the production of home fragrance <br /> products. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2001. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
