I have had the
privilege of working for the City of St. Anthony for a number of years on strategic
communications for the Northwest Quadrant Redevelopment project.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with me, I have served cities throughout the metro
area and elsewhere in the state on strategic communications since I formed my firm in
1993. I am enclosing a copy,of my resume to give you a feel for the type of work I have
done. Prior to starting my firm, I worked in the Minnesota Legislature for five years as a
legislative policy analyst in Local and Metropolitan Government and Transportation
issues. Prior to that, I was a working member of the news media.
I truly enjoy working with St. Anthony. You have a deep understanding of the strategic
nature of communications and a strong commitment to doing things right. I look forward
to working with you on public facilities planning and the On-Sale Liquor Referendum.
Sincerely,
Jill M. Schultz
President, JMS Communications & Research
