The Coalition was marketed to the local governments which each paid $7,500 <br /> to participate to promote tr ansit alternatives to LRT on I-35W. Activities included development of a strategic communications plan and <br /> marketing materials plus ongoing assistance with coordination of all Mayday outreach <br /> activities. <br /> Minnesota Department of Transportation --JMS assisted in design, development, and <br /> facilitator training for two-day NOVA outreach workshop for stakeholder groups <br /> statewide to help develop goals, mission and projects for a new statewide ITS strategic <br /> plan for the Minnesota Guidestar Project. <br />
