EXHIBIT III 69 <br /> The following items represent a listing of, but is not limited to, those Reimbursable Expenses as <br /> defined in Article 12.2. The costs of these items shall be reimbursed in accordance with Articles <br /> 13.3 and 13.4. <br /> • Construction Phase Project Management <br /> • Project Supervision <br /> • Subsistence/Mileage <br /> • Site Office/Trailer <br /> • Jobsite Telephones <br /> • Jobsite Fax and Copier <br /> • Jobsite Computer Services <br /> • Jobsite Office Equipment <br /> • Jobsite Office Supplies/Printing <br /> • Postage/Courier <br /> • Trucking/Pick-up Truck <br /> • Tools/Equipment <br /> Wages of cnstruction workers directly employed by the Construction Manager to perform <br /> portions of the Work at the site with the Owner's agreement, at off-site workshops. <br /> Wages or salaries of the Construction Manager's supervisory and administrative personnel. <br /> Payments made by the Construction Manager to Contractors, Subcontractors or Vendors in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Contracts. <br /> Costs, including transportation, installation, maintenance, dismantling and removal of materials, <br /> supplies, temporary facilities, machinery, equipment, and hand tools which are provided by the <br /> Construction Manager at the site and fully consumed in the performance of the Work; and cost <br /> less salvage value on such items if not fully consumed, whether sold to others or retained by the <br /> Construction Manager. Cost for items previously used by the Construction Manager shall mean <br /> fair market value. <br /> Rental charges for temporary facilities, machinery, equipment, and hand tools which are provided <br /> by the Construction Manager at the site, and costs of transportation, installation, minor repairs <br /> and replacements, dismantling and removal thereof. <br /> Costs of removal of debris from the site. <br /> Sales, use or similar taxes imposed by a governmental authority which are related to the Work <br /> and for which the Construction Manager is liable. <br /> Deposits lost for causes other than the Construction Manager's fault or negligence. <br /> Other costs incurred in the performance of the project on behalf of the Owner. <br /> Costs incurred by the Construction Manager is taking action to prevent threatened damage, injury <br /> or loss in case of an emergency affecting the safety of persons and property. <br /> CITY OF ST.
