ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02 -057 <br /> A RESOLUTION DEFERRING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br /> FOR 2002 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 435.193, special assessment installments payments <br /> payable by senior citizens and persons retired by virtue of permanent and total disability <br /> are deferred if payment of such installments would be a hardship; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's assessment policy for senior citizen deferrals has been <br /> established for upgrading public roadways; and <br /> WHEREAS, such policy defines it shall be presumed a hardship exists if the annual assessment <br /> installment exceeds one percent(1%)of the previous year's Federal Income Taxes total <br /> adjusted gross income; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requirements of hardship have been met and verified by the Finance Director of the <br /> City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants listed below are the owners of real estate located in the City of St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the following special assessments for the 2002 Street <br /> Improvements Projects be deferred: <br /> Mary Humnick $2,567.61 <br /> 2625-30th Avenue NE <br /> St.Anthony, MN 55418 06-029-23 34 0048 <br /> Don&Dorothy Solz $5,933.47 <br /> 2600-31 st Avenue NE <br /> St.Anthony,MN 55418 06-029-23 34 0037 <br /> Adopted this day of , 2002. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
